Swimmer Sign up Instructions
To sign up a swimmer for a meet please follow the directions below.
1. Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
2. Click the Meets & Events tab from the main navigation menu
3. Find the correct meet. Click the green MEET ENTRY button next to the meet you'd like to enter
4. You will see a list of athletes associated with your account. Click Edit to add or change their attendance, or to add, change or delete events for your swimmers.
5. Select an attendance option from the drop-down menu next to each swimmer's name.
B Meet Signups
1. Open the Swimtopia App
2. Scroll down and select the correct meet
3. Click the Edit Button
4. Select your swimmer's availability.
5. If you select, 'Available for this Meet', entry selections will appear
6. Choose a maximum of 2 events for your swimmer. If they participated in the previous A Meet, they cannot swim those same strokes unless they are only legal in those strokes. Click save.
